PBL Assay ifn-α human verikinetm elisa kit
IFN-α, -β, -λ gene expression and protein release in MDM/TNF/IFNg, MDM/IL4 and MDM. MDM/TNF/IFNg, MDM/IL4 and MDM were treated with infectious RV16 or media alone and cells and supernatants were harvested at 8 h and 24 h or 72 h as indicated.
